I've been playing around with baking treats that are high in protein and
low in carbs and sugar. Using protein shakes to make tasty baked
goods, is no easy feat, I've tried a few recipes and had them turn out
just plain blakkkk. I discovered this recipe on Pinterest last week and gave it a go using pureed fresh fruit
instead of baby food, 2 whole eggs instead of 4 whites, and my BGTY Vanilla Shakes. It worked a treat. I've made two batches so far, one with Banana, one with Strawberries.
