Wednesday Work Desk and Art I Heart.

It's Wednesday again, which means a mid-week update on what happening in the studio!  I've been busy preparing artwork to go to Wynnum Uplate {I'll have work in three shops this time!} and I've also been getting paintings together to put in a new collective store {Handmade Highstreet} that opens up tomorrow! My desk has a bit of everything on it the moment: new, old, framed, unframed work. I feel like it's a bit of a mess.

Look what I found in the opp-shop today as I was dropping off my work to Mason and Daughter's {for Wynnum Uplate}. It's perfect, how could I walk past it, I heart the impressionists. This is a postcard painting set of the impressionist masters. There is two of each design, a little book talking about the impressionist, and the easel and frame, how wonderful is it! This is currently sitting on the desk with Mona Lisa {who is yet to be framed properly}.

I also heart Ethel Carrick and E Phillips Fox, here is two of Fox's works sitting on my painting easel at the moment, ready for me to use as inspiration for my 'He loves Me' painting {when I get time!}
