Below is a practice piece I did to
capture the diffused light on the palms in the background of my big
painting. At the moment I'm working on adding what I've learnt in this piece to the big Garden painting to give it more depth.

The tree area is looking fabulous. It's just like watching a garden grow, I can't wait to see where it goes next. Was the lizard there in the front earlier? I don't remember seeing him, he is so cute.
