PAINT PARTY FRIDAY: Get Cracking!

I've been playing around with some more crackle medium on frames today, amongst other things. I'm still not 100% about this frame, but I'm going to share it with my friends over at PPF anyway, because I've been eager to play along the last few weeks and have missed the party. Framing work to enhance it requires such a good eye and great skill, and can really make or break a piece.

Some other exciting news is that the painting I had purchased from fellow PPFer arrived today, so that made for another reason that I just could not miss this week and share with you this wonderful work of art. It's a beauty! Thanks Stephanie.

Happy Creating all! Tracey

  5. I agree- framing can really add to or distract from a piece. I actually find the process stressful:-/ But this looks great! Beautiful portrait.
