I had a lovely coffee and a slice {or two} of Apple Cake with
Tracey Fletcher King this morning, it was so wonderful to catch up with her and talk about art and life. If you're not a follower of her blog, I'd suggest that you pop on over and take a look, if you are already, go on over and peak at her awesome artwork anyway.
The box is an amazing {belated birthday} gift from Tracey and her family, it's full of girly stuff {perfume, candle, soap, hand cream, tea and my favorite Lindor Lindt ball chocolates! How special. And that's one of her artworks on the card, super talented lady.
After meeting with Tracey, I put the finishing touch on my 'Keira' ipad painting for
29 Faces. The goal is 29 Faces in 29 days, starting today. It's going to be fun, and hopefully I'll improve my portraiture skills. I'll be posting all my submissions here:
http://traceypotterartist.blogspot.com.au/search/label/29faces during February, if you want to follow my progress. You'll be able to see the finished
ipad painting of Keira here.
I'm off to work some more on this painting...
... I'll be popping over here:
to see what my blog friends have been up to during my breaks.

You are a very talented artist...that portrait is lovely.
ReplyDeleteNice to have your friend to share a coffee and slice...and to be a bit spoiled with your box of treats.
These iPad paintings look amazing! I simply can't imagine how you do this iPad painting. And what a great challenge you're doing, it sounded so tempting, but I know I wouldn't manage to do a portrait each day.
ReplyDeleteOh I love Lindor balls too, Lindt is my favourite chocolate anyway. Actually, the Lindt factory is in the next town, more or less just around the corner from where I live :)
